Customer Service Administrator: April Wooley
General Manager: Monte Ramey
4. Who will be working on the project?
Brennan Enterprises Answer:
One of the reasons we have maintained our Exemplary BBB Record and
our longevity in the Remodeling business is that we have the Finest,
most qualified, Industry Trained & Certified Installation
Technicians in the business! As Important as Qualified, our
Technicians are polite, courteous and a Dream to work with – Please
refer to the testimonials section and you will notice that customers
often recognize the Craftsmen since they are the direct link to a
job well done. We would not be an A+ Rated Company if it were not
for the Award Winning Craftsmanship we provide!
5. Does your Company provide insurance?
Brennan Enterprises Answer:
We carry $2 million in General Liability Protection which transfers
to our installation crews. Our crews carry a Liability policy of
their own as well so you have Double the Protection. Not many
companies provide this much coverage if any. We have never yet
needed to use the Insurance Policy on any project but keep it
current for your protection.
6. What is your process once we agree to have you do the work?
Brennan Enterprises Answer:
Once you sign the contact for your project....
Installation tech will set up a final measurement (if windows) –
Other products demand other procedures at times.
Susan will send “Thank You” email with names and contact info of the
team behind the completion of the project (if the email is on the
contract)
Measure is received and order is placed
April makes a courtesy call (or email) to thank you for your
business and let you know that product is on order
April will insure that another call (or email) is received within 2
weeks from the first one with an update from her or the installation
crew calling to schedule
Installation is complete and final payment is received upon
satisfactory completion
Susan sends a “Thank You” packet with referral coupons and warranty
Communication is another one of Brennan’s “Keys to Success” that is
noticeably different or completely lacking in our Remodeling
Industry. With our 30 year history you can also be assured that you
have a Friend that you can rely on well after the completion of the
project to service your future needs
