The single window installation was great. The issue here is that Brennan promised on three separate occasions that all the material was on hand and they scheduled an installation. Three times they came back and said the materials were not on hand. Brennan wants to blame the supplier, but it's Brennan that scheduled the installation claiming materials were on hand. They finally removed the old siding and waited several days to install the new siding. When they showed up for my small job at 2:30, they weren't done by 8:30. They left and there is a large amount of debris in my front yard, the downspouts have not been reinstalled, and my garden hose is all over our neighbor's yard. The 2 stars are for the window installation.
