I never write reviews but this company deserves as much support as possible

Remember a time before Walmart, Sams, SuperTarget, Costco, Home Depot and Lowe’s? Remember before every company offshored customer service? Remember when customer service, honesty, integrity and hard work would define a business and grow sales? Remember when customer service was the standard and sales people actually cared to help meet your needs instead of simply making commission? Remember when a business treated you like a human being instead of a consumer/money source or virus? Well, Brennan is one of those real American small businesses that do the right thing because it’s simply the right thing to do. They were the only company out of 6 that we interviewed that allowed us to think about their quote without saying the price will go up if we don’t sign up today. The sales people are excellent, installers are nice and professional and kind, even when you call them the lady who collects the money is very nice. I never write reviews but this company deserves as much support as possible or we will only have options from Lowe’s and Home Depot which are fine but not this type of local and personal experience with a quality product. I love our NT windows which were designed and made in DFW. I can’t wait to do the other half of the windows for our house with Brennan. If you need windows in DFW, then you are either paying too much, getting an inferior product or inferior customer service if you don’t go with Brennan. They are the best!
