Ordered a patio door to replace a door and window. It took almost 4 months to come in and then I found out that it was damaged. The sad part is that Brennan enterprise didn't tell me but I found out. I asked if they would offer discount since it was damaged then repaired and they said NO because it comes with a warranty. Also what was surprising is that I was told that if they wouldn't have told me I wouldn't have known so I replied and told them they didn't tell me but I found out and that's when integrity comes in to play. Also they want to explain that they order door from another company but I told them that I ordered from them not their supplier. I needed a front door too but I will do business elsewhere.
