Brennan is probably the best services company I've ever worked with. I say this simply because of my personal experience with this company over the past ten years. Almost 10 years ago I paid Brennan to strip the rotted "wood" off my 2-story chimney and rebuild it using vinyl siding. So late in 2018 I found that the chimney was starting to shift and called Brennan out to take a look. Keep in mind I never expected anything more than an estimate to fix something, and at least I expected an argument over responsibility for fixing the new issues. But Brennan sent a team that started at the top of the chimney and stripped it back to reveal that somehow a slow leak caused some harsh wood rot over these years and the current condition was bad. At that point Brennan told me that THEY WARRANT THEIR WORK TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER FOR LIFE. They then got to work and stripped the chimney from the top to the ground and rebuilt it, frame and all. This job took nearly 3 days plus the use of an elevator. When they completed this, they shook my hand and thanked me for being a customer. Who else does this these days?? I worked with Emelda & Frank for the most part - a super nice team and extremely happy with every aspect of my dealings with this company.
