Brennan's sales rep was very knowledgeable of all of their window products; thus, she was able to answer all of our questions at the time of our initial meeting to receive a cost estimate. Brennan's "measurement guy" did an excellent job because when the installers inserted our new windows, they encountered no problems. Additionally, Brennan's installers were punctual and thorough. They did a great job of caulking the window seals and cleaning up after removing the old windows. And, I must note that the office personnel regularly sent emails updating me on the status of my order. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness exhibited by of all of Brennan's employees!!

I have spoken to several window companies in Dallas. Although Brennan doesn't offer the particular windows that I want, the salesman stood out because he is the only person out of the many who left me with a quote and followed up. That says he is more legitimate than the many who tried to lock me into a price on the spot, which is very shady when you are making a huge investment. One needs time to compare and research when making such a decision. The Brennan pricing was a little above some but not near the pricing of Andersen Renewal. I will consider them as an alternative if I am not able to find the exact windows I want for my home.
