For this home in Southlake, we updated the windows to create a more modern and visually appealing exterior.

The front of the home now features beautiful factory-painted Brennan Traditions windows in a sleek bronze color. The bronze creates a striking contrast that complements the home’s existing design. Additionally, we updated the look of the windows with a contemporary colonial grid pattern that when combined with the bronze exterior really gives the front of the home a complete facelift.

On the sides and back of the home, we went with a different window manufacturer and opted for windows with a taupe finish that seamlessly blended with the home’s stone exterior. The light color of the windows really lets the new window design stand on its own and gives the back of the home an ultra modern look with barely there windows. Gone are the days of extra large single hung windows and their mid bars! Hello picture windows and unobstructed views! The result is a fresh, modern update that keeps the home's original charm while enhancing both its aesthetics and functionality.
