Who is Brennan Enterprises?

Brennan Enterprises was founded in 1979 as a family-owned and operated exterior remodeling company. Today, Brennan Enterprises is still owned and managed by founder, Kerry Brennan and his family. In fact, if you choose to work with Brennan Enterprises, don’t be surprised to learn that your sales consultant is a Brennan. This family business has grown significantly over the last 40-plus years and is one of the best-known exterior remodeling companies in the North Texas region.

In addition to offering a wide selection of home improvement products and brands, Brennan also offers exclusive windows only available in North Texas through Brennan. This means the windows aren’t made by Brennan but they are sold through Brennan as exclusive-right-to-sell products. Manufacturers commonly establish these types of agreements with trusted retailers. Does Brennan Sell Replacement Windows?

Brennan sells three window collections, all of which are available for replacement window applications.

Replacement windows are measured to fit in an existing window opening saving time and labor costs that are usually associated with installing new construction style windows (windows with fins).

Does Brennan Sell New Construction Windows?

Brennan’s windows are also available for new construction application.

New construction windows have nail fins around the perimeter of the window. Nail fins allow the window to properly be installed and attached to the framing of new construction houses or buildings. Windows with nail fins can be used in replacement projects but aren’t typically used because the installation process requires additional time and labor.

Having the option to choose between replacement and new construction windows (finless or finned) makes window options more accessible.

What are Brennan windows made of?

Windows in the Traditions, Signature, and Solar Bear collections are all made from quality vinyl material. Vinyl used in these collections are all developed to withstand the temperature changes in North Texas.

What styles are Brennan Windows available in?

Brennan offers three window collections giving homeowners the power to choose based on needs and limitations. Each series offers single hung and fixed windows and some variety in other styles. What colors are Brennan windows available in?

The color options on Brennan windows vary by collection. If you’re looking for traditional single hung windows in a classic white you’ve got options in each collection but if you’re interested in something a little more unique with a dark exterior or wood interior you’re going to want to look at the Brennan Traditions or Brennan Solar Bear windows.

Brennan Traditions Window Colors

Brennan Traditions windows are available in standard Crème White or Almond color interiors or with Cherry, Dark Oak, or Light Oak woodgrain interiors. This series offers the widest selection of color options for the exterior including custom color options.

Brennan Signature Window Colors

Brennan Signature windows are available in Crème White or Almond.

Brennan Solar Bear Window Colors

Solar Bear color options include Arctic White, Desert Sand, Classic Clay, and Bronze. Dark windows have been very popular lately so the Bronze option in Solar Bear windows is a really nice feature, unfortunately the Bronze exterior is only available with a White interior.

Can Brennan windows be customized?

Brennan windows can be customized in color and style as well as glass options and decorative grids. Additionally, custom sizing is available for Traditions, Signature, and Solar Bear windows.

Does Brennan offer product warranties?

Manufacturer warranties are available on all the windows offered by Brennan. Sense Brennan doesn’t manufacture the windows it’s not a Brennan warranty. Unlike most window retailers, Brennan has a service department that is available to assist in navigating the warranty process should customers ever need to file a claim.
