Locking System
The folding outswing door has a multi-point locking system with a hook bolt above and below the center deadbolt along with flush bolts on the non-active panels that lock into the head and sill. This system provides a weathertight seal and enhanced security.

Full Divided Light
Give your window an authentic look with grilles that are permanently applied to the interior and exterior of your window with an aluminum spacer between the glass.
Simulated Divided Light
Simulated divided light offers permanent grilles on the exterior and and a choice of permanent or removable wood interior grilles, with no spacer between the glass.
Removable Interior Grille
Removable interior wood grilles are secured via a fastener or grille clip and can be removed enabling you to easily clean the glass surface.
Finelight™ Grilles Between-the-Glass
Finelight™ grilles are suspended between the panes of glass, allowing you to easily clean both the inside and outside of your windows and doors.

On-Floor Drainage Sill
The on-floor drainage sill offers a PG40* rating for sizes up to 24' wide and 8' tall and PG30 rating for sizes up to 24' wide and 10' tall. Available in painted gray or dark bronze.
*Performance Rating: Class SP-PG40 Size Tested 159 x 95.5 in, for a door with standard sill. DP = +40psf/-40psf. Class SP-PG30 Size Tested 159 x 119.5 in, for a door with standard sill. DP = +30psf/-30psf. Doors will other sill options are not rated.
On-Floor Low-Threshold Sill
The on-floor low-threshold sill option provides easy accessibility. Available in painted gray or dark bronze.
Flush Sill
The flush sill option places the track even with the finished floor.
