The entire process from estimate to completion went fairly smoothly. Any delays were caused by the window manufacturer and not the service provider. The sales representative was thorough and fast... and provided me with a good menu of options. The price was fair and never once did I feel pressured to buy the most expensive product. Both installers were fabulous. They were efficient and respectful of our time and space and conducted themselves professionally. It was obvious that they have plenty of experience in this line of work.
