How are replacement windows measured?

We take multiple horizontal and vertical measurements of the window to determine the smallest points of the window as well as the window depth. That allows us to order a properly sized window that’s not too big for the opening and not small enough to leave big gaps around the window frame.

Do you do glass replacement?

We do not offer glass-only replacement services. If you are unsure if you only need your glass replaced or need complete new windows, give us a call. Our company focuses on full window replacement which means we take out the existing windows and install new windows (frames and glass sash).

Do you offer repair services?

What do exterior doors cost?

Pricing for made-to-order doors varies based on a number of factors. Door style is the most significant factor in determining front door and patio door pricing. The materials used, quality, glass package, and brand also affect the final cost.

Are black windows more expensive?

Black windows can be more expensive than white windows. It depends on multiple factors including the manufacturer and whether the window has to be painted. The best thing to do if you are considering black windows is to get a few quotes on different window systems. You can compare the cost difference between different vendors and window systems. 

Does my spouse need to be at the appointment?

No. As long as one person who is the homeowner is at the appointment, we do not require a married couple to both be at your consultation appointment. We understand that it is not always feasible to both be available during the week and won't make you jump through hoops to get a quote. The homeowner's name(s) and signature(s) will be required on the contract which can be signed the day of the appointment or at a later time.

Do I have to sign a contract the day of my appointment?

No. When if comes to windows or doors for your home, you should take your time to make sure you feel confident in the product you are purchasing and the team you are working with.
